Banco Sabadell commissioned ABESSIS as the general contractor to carry out the integral refurbishment of their London corporate offices , on the 38 th floor of the Leadenhall Building. The project was designed by Puig Mir Arquitectes and the duration of the Works executed by ABESSIS was five months.

The works accomplished by ABESSIS started from the initial demolition and removals, a health and safety study, brickwork support, floor installations, ceiling installations, and all metal work. Additionally, ABESSIS carried out the installation of all wood work, screens, lighting, kitchen and restroom equipment as well as waste management.

The result is a dazzling and practical corporate space, with a high-end yet cosy feel.
