Visit and proposal for improvements
We prepare a first visit to the premises, gather all the technical information and propose improvements and adjustments to the work with a more adjusted cost and a defined planning.

Management and execution
Regular visits by our PMs and the permanent presence of the site manager help us to monitor the entire project. We anticipate possible problems and resolve unforeseen events quickly and swiftly.

Remote monitoring of the construction
We offer our clients the possibility of monitoring the progress of the work remotely. We provide transparency and reliability in the management of the work, as well as saving time and money on travel.

Review of the final finishes
We check the final quality of the finishes and incorporate the post-delivery response service in emergency cases through operators in each country.

Final evaluation of the works
We evaluate the results and ask for an assessment of the service by means of a quality questionnaire. Each new project allows us to improve and guarantee optimum service quality.
