Located on Agustina Saragossa Street in Barcelona, the clinic was conceived as a modern, functional space focused on patient wellbeing, integrating administrative areas and separate consultation zones that ensure privacy, comfort, and a high-quality healthcare experience. Covering an area of 380 m², Abessis carried out the execution of all construction and fit-out works, coordinating contractors, technical installations, and finishes under a transparent and efficient management methodology.

From the initial planning stage, Abessis’ Project Management team worked to optimize timelines, control costs, and ensure the highest quality standards at every stage of the project. Technical coordination included masonry works, electrical and HVAC installations, interior finishes, and the complete adaptation of the clinical spaces, tailoring each construction solution to the specific requirements of a specialized healthcare environment.

The project was developed under the “turnkey” model, allowing the client to rely on a single point of contact throughout the entire process and ensuring a smooth, precise execution aligned with the quality and functionality standards required by an internationally recognized assisted reproduction clinic. The collaboration between Abessis and Grupidea made it possible to integrate design, architecture, and construction into a single coordinated process, ensuring technical consistency and operational efficiency from the initial concept through to the final delivery of the space.
