KIKO has entrusted Grup Idea and Abessis with the implementation and construction of Kiko shops in different locations in Spain, France, Portugal and Andorra. Grup Idea has been in charge of the development of the executive architectural and engineering projects. Abessis managed the project through to the final construction, refurbishment and renovation of the different shops.

The scope of work carried out by Abessis ranged from demolition, electrical installation, plasterboard, fire protection, air-conditioning units, lighting, flooring, plumbing and metalwork to the final construction. Abessis has made the brand’s modern and bright aesthetics possible by refurbishing the interior of each shop, following Kiko’s shop design guidelines.  KIKO continues to rely on ABESSIS for its expansion project and has already commissioned the final construction, refurbishment or renovation of more than 70 shops in different countries.
